Once you have the link, you share it with others. You can do this through your website, blog, social media, or even by talking to people.
When someone clicks on your link and buys the product or service, the company knows that you helped make that sale.
As a thank you for bringing them a customer, the company gives you a small part of the money they made from that sale. This is called a commission.
The more people buy through your link, the more money you can earn.
So, in short, you promote products for a company, and if people buy through your special link, you earn money.
But How much money you will Earn ? that depends on selection of product. I will divide it in two parts :
1. Low ticket Product: A low-ticket product is something that is cheaper and costs less money. For example, if you promote a $20 product with a 10% commission, you would earn $2 for each sale. These could be everyday items like books, small gadgets, or clothing.
2. High ticket Product: A high-ticket product is something that costs a lot of money. For example, if you promote a $1,000 product and the company gives you a 10% commission, you would earn $100 for each sale.These are usually expensive items like electronics, luxury goods, or online courses.
Now Do the math suppose to earn $500
I have to sale only 5 high ticket Product OR sale 250 low ticket products
5 x $100=$500 OR 250 x $2=$500
So I need more effort to get 250 customers in case of Low ticket Product.
So it totally depends on your marketing strategy and product you chose.
